2027 FIA EUROPEAN BAJA CUP
CALENDAR

NINE ROUNDS AND
TWO STOPS IN SPAIN

The 2027 FIA European Baja Cup calendar is out: nine rounds across six countries, with Sardinia joining the line-up. Cuenca opens the season on 7–9 May, while Baja España Aragón hosts the second Spanish round on 10–12 September.

For fans planning to catch the action in Spain, those are the two weekends to keep free. There is plenty more to look forward to, though: the arrival of the Sardinia Rally Raid, four events shared with the World Baja Cup, and a season finale that takes teams from Portugal to Hungary in just a week.

The FIA approved the calendar on 19 October 2026. Here is how the season shapes up, round by round.

2027 FIA European Baja Cup calendar: all nine rounds

1. Baja TT Cuenca · Spain · 7–9 May
2. Sardinia Rally Raid · Italy · 21–23 May
3. Baja Greece · Greece · 4–6 June
4. Italian Baja · Italy · 16–18 July
5. Baja Poland · Poland · 19–21 August
6. Baja España Aragón · Spain · 10–12 September
7. Baja TT Sharish Reguengos Mourão · Portugal · 7–10 October
8. Baja Portalegre 500 · Portugal · 4–6 November
9. Hungarian Baja · Hungary · 11–14 November

The championship visits Spain, Italy, Greece, Poland, Portugal and Hungary. Spain, Italy and Portugal each host two rounds; the other three countries have one apiece.

Cuenca and Aragón: the two Spanish rounds

Baja TT Cuenca gets the 2027 FIA European Baja Cup under way on 7–9 May, bringing the field together for the first of nine rounds.

The second Spanish date comes after the summer break. Baja España Aragón runs on 10–12 September, as round six of the championship following Baja Poland.

For anyone hoping to watch the European series in Spain, these are the two chances to see it up close. Timetables, stage details and spectator areas will follow as each organiser releases its event information.

Sardinia Rally Raid brings a new stop to the calendar

The biggest addition is the Sardinia Rally Raid. The Italian event joins the European cup on 21–23 May, just two weeks after Cuenca.

Sardinia becomes the second stop of the season, giving Italy two rounds alongside July’s Italian Baja. It adds a fresh setting to a calendar that still features plenty of familiar favourites.

For now, the confirmed details are its place on the calendar and its dates. The route and sporting programme will become clearer when the organiser releases further information.

Four rounds shared with the World Baja Cup

Baja Greece, Italian Baja, Baja España Aragón and Baja Portalegre 500 appear on both the European and World Baja Cup calendars for 2027.

Greece is first, on 4–6 June, followed by Italy on 16–18 July and Aragón on 10–12 September. Portalegre completes the shared events on 4–6 November.

That gives fans the chance to follow both competitions over the same weekend. Entry lists and event documents will show which crews are contesting each cup as the dates draw closer.

Portugal and Hungary set up a tight finish

After Baja Poland and Baja España Aragón, the European cup heads into its closing stretch with two Portuguese rounds. Baja TT Sharish Reguengos Mourão comes first, on 7–10 October.

Baja Portalegre 500 follows on 4–6 November, but it is not the finale: the Hungarian Baja begins just a week later, with dates set for 11–14 November.

That leaves little breathing space between the final two events. If the title fight is still open, those back-to-back weekends could be decisive.
